WHAT IS PRODUCED: * 3-5 Days later a set of Design Concepts based on our call will be available to review. * This will include a proposed production schedule as well as cost estimate. * If you like what you see - and want to move forward - pay a deposit to begin your Custom Design Project.
THE GENERAL PROCESS: Though each custom project is unique - and step-by-step process can really capture all the intricacies that will go into your bespoke creation - I have tried to outline what you can expect below
STEP - BY - STEP: 1. Follow the link below to book your Custom Design Consultation. During this consultation I hope to get to know a little about you, ask you about your desired creation, you will be able to share any inspo photos or concepts. I will gather the details of your event and timeline requirements. You should also be prepared to provide any relevant measurements. https://nowords.biz/pages/custom-creations
2. Following your consultation I will begin a concept proposal to share within 3-5 business days. We will review this together to see if I have captured your vision. The proposal will estimate both a production timeline as well as cost of the project. This allows us to continue to collaborate in building out your specific design concept and various options, your preferences and requirements. I hope that it will help determine if "no words" will be a suitable design partner for your custom concept.
3. If we mutually decide to move forward a deposit will be required to allow me add your project to the production calendar.
4. Once the deposit is received I will begin sourcing the materials for your project and work with you to refine the design details from our concept session. We will confirm the schedule and establish any open actions to close.
5. We will schedule 2 check-ins. These progress milestones will allow you to see the progress of your creation as well as provide important opportunities for feedback.
6. As your project comes to a close - photos of your final items will be provided for your review. This initiates the balance payment for the project (the custome listing will be created at that time)
7. Upon receipt of payment your shipment will be coordinated - tracking provided - and your custom creation will be on the way to you.
