Refund policy

RETURNS: Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.  We take great care in both creating and the packaging of your purchase to ensure that it arrives intact.  Subtle variations, including material fallout, are a sign of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.  As each piece is handmade and unique - so we hope that it's one-of-a-kind nature delights and inspires you.

We accept returns on non-custom items (please message us to coordinate and receive return shipping instructions) post marked within 14 days of original delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost/customs fees. Once the package arrives, refund for the product may be processed.

CUSTOM CREATIONS: For any of our custom / made-to-order items we can not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review all details of your quote/estimate before purchasing.
